All yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's quality inspection. Quality standards vary by manufacturer. Basically, products that can be used normally are within product specifications.

SUS Yo-Yo Mechanics remakes the original Rockstar.
This new ROCKstar belongs to the JDS series designed by SUS Yo-Yo Mechanics, and this model is a remake of YoYoFactory's classic Rockstar. While there's already been a remake, this version is more true to its origins.
The first Rockstar became popular because of the mismatch between the contradiction and high performance of the metal version of the classic "Protostar" from the "Death to Metal" series, which was originally conceived as a plastic model that surpassed metal yo-yos, and became the talk of the town. The heavier weight expressed metal-like power and stability.
The current refinement also converts the slightly heavier weight into a sense of power and stability. The smooth feel of the new ROCKstar is not just a reworking of the original, but a new Rockstar altogether.
The shape follows the first generation and the face is inherited from the previous model, giving the impression of a fusion of the past and the modern era.
The logo design also follows the "second generation" as it is the second refined version.
This yo-yo is suitable for a wide range of players, from those who are just starting to try binding, to those who want to experiment with various styles.
ROCKSTAR Re-remake
ROCKSTARÂ is the first model we've collaborated on with YOYOFACTORY.
We remade the ROCKSTAR to be an easy-to-handle model for beginners, which can be used for both tug and bind response, and is light in weight.
We have remade the ROCKSTAR with the concept of returning to the original design. The base design is a simple flat face with a step straight profile, but it's a heavyweight at approximately 67g. The weight has been remade to be closer to the original ROCKSTAR.
Although the basic specifications have been retained, we hope that players of all ages will pick up the new ROCKSTAR and enjoy how it has changed.
