Prices are as listed on each product page. All transactions are processed in the currency selected on the website.

Additional Charges (Other than product price)

For International Orders (Outside Japan):

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method.

Import Duties and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office for details.

For Domestic Orders (Within Japan):

  • Shipping Fee: A nationwide flat rate of 600 JPY via Yamato Transport. Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,000 JPY or more.
  • Cash on Delivery (Daibiki) Fee: A flat rate of 330 JPY. Please note this fee may not be automatically added to the total at checkout and will be payable to the delivery driver.
  • Bank Transfer Fee: Customers are responsible for any fees associated with bank transfers.
  • Paidy (Post-payment) Fee: A fee may apply depending on the payment method chosen each month (356 JPY for convenience store payment).

Payment Methods and Timing

For International Orders (Outside Japan):

PayPal, Credit Card:
Payment is processed at the time your order is placed.

For Domestic Orders (Within Japan):

Cash on Delivery:
Pay the delivery driver upon receipt of your order.

Bank Transfer, Convenience Store Payment:
Please complete payment within 7 days of placing your order.

Paidy (Post-payment):
Your monthly balance will be finalized at the end of the month and billed on the 1st of the following month, with payment due by the 10th.

Delivery of Goods

Orders are typically shipped on the same or the next business day after payment has been confirmed and processed.

  • International Shipments: Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
  • Domestic Shipments (Within Japan): Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.
