Description
YoYoJam - X-Con Professional
Following in the footsteps of the Hitman, the X-Con now has its own Professional edition.
This yo-yo is another signature model from 2003 1A World Champion Johnny DelValle. The X-Con was his first signature model to employ the midship weight, and it's now the second to get the "Professional" treatment. The X-Con's relationship to the Karma is like that of the PHENOMizm to the PHENOM; the shape is almost unchanged, only the body materials differ.
However, with the difference of body materials, the experience is totally different. Of course, the cost and performance are difference, but to really understand this you should give each a throw and see what we mean. Compared to the full metal Karma, the X-Con Pro looks like it may be lighter, but in fact it weighs more than its aluminum brother, giving it an impressive amount of spin.
Even amongst other models with a midship weight, not many are as small as the X-Con Pro. For tricks where you need a great amount of control like Rancid Milk or Superman, you'll appreciate the nimbleness of an undersized yo-yo. The mainly plastic body may also be a selling point if safety is a concern. Comes with a YYJ Speed bearing included, for those who want to practice their binding and advanced techniques.
