A model first released in 2015 gets a fresh face! This bimetal throw is overhauled with both outer and inner rim weights.

The Vegamonte is greatly updated and renewed from the original 2015 model. This special bimetal sports both an inner and outer rim stainless steel weight, delivering a unique and delicate weight distribution that is definitely different from the original.

Technically, the outer rim weight can be considered a midship weight, although it is located very close to the outer edge. The inner rim weight mirrors the outer weight, sandwiching the 6061 aluminum body. At 59mm in diameter and 44mm wide, it approaches the oversized category. Its 67 grams makes the Vegamonte a bit heavy for a bimetal design, which shows in its amazing power and stability. A simple throw demonstrates just how powerfully it spins, and retains a steady, stable spin until it finally runs out of gas.

The outer edges look sharp but are rounded just slightly, delivering a soft touch and catch. This is a really excellent throw, and delivers excellent performance.
