sOMEThING x UNPRLD - SU 01

A bimetal collaboration between sOMEThING and UNPRLD.

This is a collaboration model between sOMEThING of Japan and UNPRLD (Unparalleled) of the United States. The number 01 in the name was added from both parties' desire to continue their collaboration.

Hiroyuki Suzuki of sOMEThING came up with the design concept, and Tyler of Unparalleled drew up the blueprints based on Hiroyuki's input. The design is a little heavier, with a narrower width of about 43mm and a weight of about 66g. The numbers also suggest that it has a power-oriented design. However, there is also a comfortable, almost lightweight feeling that comes directly from the ease of acceleration, especially at the beginning of a throw and at the moment when you change direction.

As a bimetal with a relatively slim width, in view of the current trends it seems to be aiming off the main standards of the day. However, it has a degree of perfection that is more than adequate to satisfy fans of both brands, and it is a model that should be used at least once regardless of your preferences for width and weight, etc.

You should give it a throw; from the very first swing this is a model where you can taste the charm that is possible only with the design balance between these two excellent companies.
