SUS YOYOMECHANICS - Transmission Cross Ratio
SUS's wish has come true with this undersized bimetal.
It is an undersized bimetal model with a wide stainless steel rim and a small, wide body. Although the project was once abandoned due to the shifting trends of the market, SUS was constantly tweaking the design behind the scenes and finally realized its release.
As the manufacturer comments below, the rim weight is extremely heavy in relation to the body, creating a power that is disproportionate to the petite size in a good sense. It goes without saying that its power is more than its appearance and numerical impression.

The concept is "Wide & low." Smaller and wider!
The undersized bimetal was a product that SUS has wanted to make (and will continue to make). In fact, we had made a drawing before the monometal Transmission, but it was put in storage due to the atmosphere that undersize had almost completely fallen out of trend at the time.
However, we could not give up and continued to make drawings while constantly filling them with our know-how. The Transmission that went on sale earlier was well received, and we decided to finally bring the Transmission Cross Ratio, an undersized bimetal, to market.
The concept of the bimetal is exactly as a "custom car that can be anything," and as a yo-yo that is a cross between two different materials, it has been developed as a "Close-ratio" product. The name "Cross Ratio" is derived from "Close-ratio".
Close-ratio is a customized yo-yo with a small difference in gear ratio, which is adjusted for the better part of the engine output for racing and various competitions.
The rim weight is approximately 50g, which accounts for 76% of the total weight, which gives it a rotating power that is hard to believe for an undersized throw, and a wide body makes it very playable.
