sOMEThING - Sure Shot
POM and Metal weight come together in this throw based on the Phaser.
A favorite throw of 2014-2019 3A champion Hajime Miura, the Phaser was the foundation for the Sure Shot, realized in POM plastic with a metal weight ring. It feels more powerful than the outer-rimmed Slasher, giving a sense of horsepower that you don't normally expect from POM. The feeling is really special, and is perfect for practically any string trick style you can think of. Easy to throw for 3A and 5A just as well, it doesn't have the same ring as a metal yo-yo, making for less obvious collisions. It sure doesn't skimp on the quality of the feeling. Practice or stage, the Sure Shot belongs in your hand wherever you're throwing!

The price tag may seem steep for a plastic yoyo, but its justifiable given its performance and playability. In terms of stability and spin time, the Sure Shot exceeds the performance of a typical plastic. It's comparable or even better with competition-ready metal yo-yos in its price range. But why would you buy a plastic (POM) over a metal of the same price? Because you want your daily carry to be impact-resistant and durable. Something that can withstand yo-yo clashes during 3A or high drops during 5A.
