Like Tyler Severance's Severe, the Supernova Lite is another version of the Supernova, lighter weight for better control. The lighter model makes it easier to play longer without being a burden on your fingers or arms, letting you practice longer and harder. Aside from the weight, the concept is the same, with top-class performance.
Lastly, a big merit to this new option is that you can choose which one you feel like using. Today you may prefer the Lite, perhaps you'll want to play with the heavier model tomorrow. The choice is yours.
