All yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's quality inspection. Quality standards vary by manufacturer. Basically, products that can be used normally are within product specifications.

Sugar is the sweet new signature model for 2A and AP division world champion, Shu Takada!
"I just want you to have a sweet yo-yo life!" is the rallying cry of Shu Takada, 2A and AP World Champion. The Sugar is the icing on the cake, and his new signature model. It's his first signature model made of full metal, and its weight and size balance are specially designed to focus on stability. The design was executed by SUS YOYOMECHANICS, who also helped design the popular Pragma.
It has a step-straight profile with a shape and edge design similar to the Rockstar, and the yo-yo's weight is felt readily during play. The profile and design supports grind style tricks, where the spinning yo-yo mounts on your finger. This is rare in modern yo-yo design, so it's not to be missed!
The Sugar is built to support a wide variety of practice styles. For competition or performance, or even just casual play, sprinkle some Sugar on your practice, and live a sweet yo-yo life!

Not just meant for contests, the Sugar is a new design to support all styles of play. It has plenty of power to perform gyro and grind style tricks. The edge and gap designs are made to keep sleep loss to a minimum, especially during isolation style tricks.
Especially the face design has been made to Shu's specifications, so we took a different approach from the norm. The overall design is made to fit well into YYF's lineup, while still being unique. From beginners learning their first tricks to advanced players to world-class competitions and performances, the Sugar is designed to serve every aspect of your sweet yo-yo life.
