SpeedDial's dial is actually a response dial for easy regulation of how responsive your yo-yo is, without twisting apart the yo-yo itself you can adjust it to your preferred setting. The outer ring is rimmed in plastic so it won't damage the aluminum body if it hits the ground. This is a serious practice yo-yo, giving you the chance to quickly adjust your settings and adjust your play style on the fly. The dial itself is pretty much the same as it has appeared in previous models, but the thickness of the rims and the gap width have been changed to make it easier to throw. For those who own other dial yo-yos and are sensitive to these kinds of differences, you will be pleased with what the SpeedDial has to offer.
