Japan Technology - Roozenith
The signature monometal model of national champion Kohei Nishimura.
This is the signature monometal model of Kohei Nishimura, the 2023/2024 Japan National Yo-Yo Contest 1A Division Champion.
Inheriting nearly identical size, weight, and shape from his signature bimetal model "Zetica," it retains the sharp, responsive feel that gives tricks a crisp edge, along with the natural, effortless controllability that follows your hand movements.
While maintaining an exceptionally high level of performance across the board, this model was designed with the goal of becoming the ultimate standard and reference point.

Manufacturer's Comment
[ ROOZENITH — / root to zenith ]
From a single metal, a single philosophy.
It is both the origin of structure and the symbol of completion.
What Kohei Nishimura sought was not "the ultimate performance," but "the structure that becomes the standard for everything."
Pursuing nothing but pure precision at the core of his own play — that pursuit gave birth to "ROOZENITH."
A yo-yo that captures both the origin (Root) and the summit (Zenith) within a single piece of metal.
[About the Engravings]
The "Z" placed on the outer rim stands for the initial of Zenith — representing the apex that exists in every direction.
The tilt of the Z represents "a summit that never stands still — an ideal that keeps moving forward."
The engraving on one side is mirrored, reflecting the meaning behind the name ROOZENITH: "root (foundation) + zenith (apex) = connecting two poles as one axis." It expresses that ROOZENITH is "a presence with no top or bottom."
<Concept>
From the origin, to the summit.
From a single material, to the pinnacle of structure.
"ROOZENITH" is a coined word combining Root (/root = the top-level directory of a system) and Zenith (the apex, the overhead point).
"Root" is the reference point — the "starting point" from which everything begins.
"Zenith" is the point of completion — the "extreme point" where technique and philosophy meet.
As the axis connecting these two, this yo-yo pursues a purity attainable only through monometal construction.
The result is ROOZENITH — the signature model of Kohei Nishimura.
<Design Philosophy>
• Material: Monometal (single-material construction)
→ Embodies the concept of "root" — a pure, uncompromised form.
→ With no joints whatsoever, the yo-yo itself exists as a single, unified reference point.
• Performance:
→ Completed through shape and weight distribution alone, without relying on outer rim weights.
→ As a result, the player's trajectory, awareness, and precision are all surfaced as the "standard."
• Philosophy:
→ Not "a yo-yo to be a model for others," but a yo-yo that is the standard itself.
→ A structural and philosophical reference point for every trick and every player.
