YoYo Empire - Rainfly II
In name and reality, this is a bimetal version of YoYo Empire's flagship model.
Bimetal yo-yos exploded on the scene since their introduction almost a decade ago, and originally their high performance came at a high cost. YoYo Empire has worked hard to bring that quality and performance within everyone's reach. Their gorgeous Rainfly is their flagship model.
With a stainless rim that wraps around the outer edge of the beautifully anodized 7075 aluminum body, pushing the already heavy body well into the upper end of the heavyweight class. By the numbers, the new Rainfly seems to be a full-on assault of the average yo-yo design size and weight, aiming for higher performance with for a "grown up" hand. If you are looking to break into bimetal and want a difference you can feel, give the Rainfly a throw, we heartily recommend it.
As a bonus, YoYo Empire threw in a ceramic concave bearing to make the most of that weight, and give you the best spin possible right out of the box.
