Radius Ti is the full titanium version of 2016 and 2017 1A world champion, Shion Araya's signature model.
Radius is the signature model of 2016-17 1A world champion, Shion Araya. Although it was a monometal yo-yo, it held up easily against the popular bimetal designs of the time. Now, that monometal design has now been upgraded to the space age with a full titanium version!
But this isn't just a material switch to titanium, they tweaked the whole design to suit the new material, and used the unique properties of titanium to draw out even more performance from the already excellent design of the Radius. The spin has improved along with the durability of the body, and the result is an overall upgrade on all fronts. If you're a fan of the Radius, you'll be blown away that they could improve this much on the original. Especially for long combos, it feels like you could put down an entire freestyle in one throw, with plenty of time to spare.
The Radius could be considered one of the "perfected" string trick yo-yos, and this version layers higher performance, luxurious looks and a playfeel from the space age. It's sure to make a strong impact on your heart.

I want to talk about the development process.
It started from the suggestion that we should release a 10-year anniversary edition of the Radius. I thought it was a good idea, but the settings of the Radius were already so difficult to dial in, I thought I would be satisfied with just a re-release edition.
Then I received a box with four different prototypes. Oh, OK!
This isn't to be confused with the development of the Radius series up until now. The development of the Radius Ti has been a long journey in itself. One reason for that is the axle, which is only 6mm long. Switching to Titanium helped us shave weight and material from the heart of the yo-yo without sacrificing any strength from the previous 7068 axles. This little change helped boost the overall performance, stability, and control of the new Radius.
Second thing I'd like to talk about is the logo. We made a big logo and a little one. The big logo is like the normal one, and the small one is meant to show the luxurious quality of the Radius Ti.
The Radius Ti is the crystallization of C3's hard work and effort in satisfying my obsessions and giving me the perfect yo-yo that I've always hoped for. I would love for you to try it for yourself.

Rigid and Soft
The appearance and size are based on the latest AL7068 version. Due to different feature and density of the material, we modify the right-angled section of the body into a rounded shape, which makes it a comfortable and stronger feeling!
Powerful Spinning
As we all know, the density of titanium alloy is higher than aluminum alloy. Based on this feature, we and Shion have spent a lot of effort and fine-tuning on weight distribution design. It seems simple, but it took us many of times to make samples. The reason is Shion who pursues the ultimate perfection. Only the hubs part has been modified many times to achieve satisfaction, because the hubs design and outer ring weight distribution directly affect the feeling. Finally, we make "Radius Titanium" combine with powerful spinning and lighter feeling of titanium material. "Radius Titanium" is extremely suitable for Shion's speed-type freestyle, and the sense of line collision is strong, which makes Shion more confirm on the multi-variable Combo!
"Radius Titanium" apply C3 famous rainbow color engraving. with "Radius's" most eye-catching Logo design, which hides the "SHION" letters. In addition, Shion specially requested a small logo version. The first batch of the limited large logo in 38 piece, 18 small logo!
