The shape and width of the full titanium Puddle is a major departure from the regular Japan Technology lineup.

The Puddle can be called a "challenge" model, for Japan Technology to break the mold and step outside their comfort zone. While their lineup edged upwards of 43mm, the Puddle's 44mm width pushes that further to support all forms of string tricks, pairing a surprisingly light body with the aggressive spin of full titanium.

The Puddle is a full titanium yo-yo that is completely unlike any other in our lineup so far. It has the inherent flavor of titanium's excellent spin, but with a relatively wide body for titanium yo-yos at 44mm.

From looks alone, you might think the Puddle may have some peculiarities, but it has a really delightful feeling that is light and easy to control, pulling the best performance out of the materials. It's not just the materials, but what you do with them; the Puddle's weight distribution immediately transfers power into a reliable spin.

The Puddle's got that beautiful silver grey of raw titanium that evokes "asphaltm," the side face shows a beautiful "ripple" pattern of concentric circles, and the cold touch of titanium brings "water" to mind. These images come together, and the name "Puddle" rose to the surface.
