All yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's quality inspection. Quality standards vary by manufacturer. Basically, products that can be used normally are within product specifications.

This hollow construction and wide-bodied power throw is the new signature model for 2021 Japan National Champion Izuru Hasumi!
Succeeding the path laid out by his Singularity, Pragma is the new signature model of Izuru Hasumi. With a tiny air pocket hidden inside the joint of the body and wing, Pragma boasts a "hollow-body" bimetal design that overcharges the yo-yo with clever weight distribution. Meant to please even the most demanding player, Pragma delivers more power than most players would know what to do with.
Compared to its first version, this model is a full gram lighter, with a focus on delivering a dead solid and long sleep, but also being easier to control. With this small adjustment, we've discovered new joy in stopping the Pragma on a dime and changing directions. It's perfect for hard throws with long combos, or slow, lazy throws with high levels of control. As a true extension of your body, the Pragma brings out the best in any style, and lets you express yourself.
It's set for a strong response, so you can modify your playfeel by using thinner response pads. You'll be pleased with the upright spin that lasts until the spin completely exhausts itself. That posture is primo! Taking full advantage of that hollow-body construction, the Pragma outperforms yo-yos in its weight class, bringing a whole new flavor to weight distribution. Of course we'll be seeing the Pragma on the contest stage, but it's also sure to entertain players as a counterpoint to the mainstream bimetal designs. Either way, it's a ton of fun!
Izuru Hasumi (Team YoYoFactory)
Izuru started playing with Hyper Yo-Yo around his 11th birthday, the year REWIND first launched. Since then, he's only accelerated his rise to the competition scene, and started catching the eye of young players and veterans alike. Expertly synchronizing his freestyles to his music choices, Izuru has been crushing his regional contests for several years in a row, and in 2018 coming in 5th in the Japan National Yo-Yo Contest. Now working as staff at REWIND's Shibuya store, he's been engaged in teaching activities and trick workshops for our open and welcoming yo-yo club!
