ll yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's inspection. Different manufacturers have different standards for product quality. Basically, products that can be used normally are within the product specifications.

(Bind model only) The bearing barely turns even when flicked with a finger.
Even after calming the vibrations with a rotating middle finger, the yo-yo still vibrates so much that it appears to change shape.
Parts that should have been installed (bearings/pads) are not installed
Examples of items that are not considered initial defects
Damage to the package
Color image difference
Bearing noises after playing a few times
A yo-yo that was delivered in a properly assembled state, but after being disassembled, could no longer be assembled

This wide-bodied full metal yo-yo is a perfect step up model.
Winner of the 2017 PNWR yo-yo contest, and taking 5th place the same year at the US National Yo-Yo Contest, Nate Dailey gets a low cost signature model in the new ND.
If you've been working on the fundamentals, and are looking to step into full metal and full-on bind return tricks, we highly recommend giving the ND a try. Compared to its "rival" models like the Shutter and Horizon, ND has a wide, light body with a generously curved profile, making it both easy to throw and land tricks.
ND is a great model for light, casual practice. Even without throwing hard, the inverse round shape helps keep sleep loss at bay, so your yo-yo keeps spinning for as long as you need.
Official Description The ND Ultra has received nothing but praise for its performance. Nate Dailey has grown as a player and his profile is still rising. We are attempting to take the step with Nate to the next level releasing the ND, a 6061 type aluminum version of the ND Ultra which puts his yoyo right in the most competitive price point. This also allows us to finish the ND with a range of vibrant colorways to further increase the eye candy and player appeal.
"What is B-Grade?" In 2009, YoYoFactory started selling a selection of "outlet" items at events. Calling them "B-Grades," that name has spread throughout the yo-yo world, and is now a common term. At B-Grade sales, you can pick up excellent yo-yos with mild imperfections, discolorations, marks or scratches. These make them less desirable as finished products, but they're still great yo-yos and totally playable, meaning you can get a high quality throw for a bargain price. As a result, B-Grade sales have become very popular.
"What kinds of B-Grades are there?" The majority of B-Grades have small discolorations or cosmetic blemishes from the anodization process. These are known as "C-Types," whereas yo-yos that are not perfectly balanced and have some vibes are called "V-Types." Some may have both types of imperfection; it's always good to double check
Important Points: B-Grades are outlet products because for one reason or another they haven't met the maker's standards for their products, things to look out for include: -color imperfections, finish may look dull or scratched -bearing or response pads aren't well installed or working properly. Often, switching out these parts will address these issues. -Bearings or pads may differ from the standard product model. -Artwork or logos may differ from the standard model. -Other issues may exist, but nothing so bad as to make the yo-yo unplayable.
