Description
God-Tricks - Mystery
The Mystery is the first plastic 1A yo-yo from God-Tricks, machined from delrin plastic.
The Mystery is the first plastic yo-yo made by God-Tricks designed for string tricks. Machined out of delrin plastic, the Mystery has a softer texture to it than other types of plastic that is popular for low-cost plastic yo-yos. The shape is similar to the Destiny, with a size close to that of the Bounty Hunter. As an oversized machined delrin yo-yo, the Mystery is a rather unusual design concept these days.
The large size makes it easy to land string tricks as you would expect, but the Mystery also boasts a speed and easy control that you would expect from a much smaller yo-yo.
As a machined plastic, delrin is usually more expensive than its polycarbonate counterparts, but the Mystery once again breaks the mold and squeezes in at a reasonably low price. Whether it's your first bind-response yo-yo or your first delrin, there's no mystery as to which yo-yo you should get!
- 2012/9/7 RW RECOMMEND
Lately I've found myself diverted by the arrivals from new companies, and I've been really impressed with the Mystery. I'm surprised this yo-yo hasn't gotten much attention. The shape and materials of the Mystery are new for God Tricks, but they've done a remarkable job with it. The thick rim gives it great spin, and the metal axle area strengthens the yo-yo and improves its life and performance. All the best qualities of delrin shine through, smooth in the hand and during play. It's big and easy to play, and above all, cheap!
