All yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's quality inspection. Quality standards vary by manufacturer. Basically, products that can be used normally are within product specifications.

Designed by Top Yo as an OEM model Loop 720, with a different look and settings.
Another plastic yo-yo with a cute design! Top Yo created this OEM version of the Loop 720, but changed internals with a plastic bearing to make it better suited for beginners, similar to the GO. In familiar 1997 terms, it would be described as a Fireball with a strong response.
The initial setting is intended for a complete beginner who has never tried yo-yo before. By using the including parts, you can transform it into a looping yo-yo!
To do this upgrade, you'll need to remove the axle. We recommend using a pair of pliers like this to pull it out without damaging anything. If you mess up the axle it won't function properly anymore, so we recommend using some tissue or other padding material, and pull carefully.
Once the axle is off, grab the thinner axle and turn it like a screw into the axle to fix it in there. Take out the two spacers, and install it so the concave side is facing the bearing. Install the other side of the yo-yo and you should be done!
The pink spacer has a weaker response, and the purple spacer is a more responsive setting. You can play around with your settings to see what you like!
The Pink spacer is MORE responsive than the standard Loop 720, and the Purple spacer has a WEAKER response setting than any Loop 720 spacer. You can even install a geniune Loop 720 spacer to match that yo-yo's setting, giving you even more possibilities!
