All yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's quality inspection. Quality standards vary by manufacturer. Basically, products that can be used normally are within product specifications.

The Hydra has a strong spinning power that is completely different from plastic yo-yos, which are the standard for beginner models. This displays the true appeal of full metal yo-yos. However, another key point in the design is how to utilize the power that can only be obtained from metal efficiently and without waste.
The Hydra has a large bumped area housing the response pad and a deep concave shape in the center. This reduces the contact area of the string against the body during tricks, resulting in a longer-lasting stable sleep.
The new model will be renewed in 2023. It is wider, and the success rate of tricks in which the yo-yo is placed on the string has increased dramatically. The ease of movement has also been emphasized, making it easier to control the yoyo smoothly.
