An unusual addition to Shinwoo's lineup, the GrandYo is an oversized full metal yo-yo.

Up until now, the only full metal yo-yos in Shinwoo's lineup were the Zen series, which all came in with a 54mm diameter and 40mm width, varying only in their body shapes. The Zens provide excellent cost-performance, and now the GrandYo stands to show a whole new potential from our friends in Korea.

Firstly, the GrandYo has grown to a 58mm diameter and 42.5mm width, making it big enough to spill out of small hands a bit. Its large size gives it impressive spin and makes it easy to mount on the string, making it a spectacular throw. Just a light toss will give you enough spin to pull off some impressive combos, with time to spare.

Since it's so cheap for a full metal yo-yo, the GrandYo makes a great "first metal" model for players looking to level up. There's just something about the feel of a metal yo-yo you can't obtain from plastic, you gotta feel it for yourself. For the price, you are unlikely to ever find another yo-yo that can satisfy you as much as the GrandYo. Comes with a set of reversible pads and one string.
