The Ghost IX is the third signature model of Sora Ishikawa, the 2019 and 2023 5A division World Champion.
This is a full plastic yo-yo for string trick styles like 1A and 5A that is just a lot of fun to use and has an unbelievable size. This is the third signature model of the 2019 and 2023 5A World Champion, Sora Ishikawa, and it inherits the high durability of the machined polycarbonate body of the previous "Stellar IX" model with almost the same body size.
The profile is cleanly step-straight. This model is very easy to see from its appearance that it was designed to maximize ease of mounting and strength, and this ruggedness is the "flavor" of this model. It mounts without a second thought, has a sturdy playfeel, and stands out from the crowd with its bold and audacious size. The fact that it is less expensive than the Stellar IX is a great bonus point. As you can see, the concept of this yo-yo is very simple.
What we want you to experience most in actual use is the incredible straightforwardness. The ultra-thick rim extends the rotational power of the yo-yo like a weighted rim, and the wide body adds a sense of lightness, resulting in a yo-yo that is more responsive than the previous IX, but can be controlled as if it were a regular-sized yo-yo.
