The Dragonfly incorporates the new and old with its ball bearing and cork braking pad.
This is the same as Playmaxx's ProYo line's Bumblebee GT, rereleased after Duncan's acquisition of Playmaxx. The ball bearing and cork response pad are an unusual combination, but effective. The ball bearing gives a long sleep and the brake pad has a snappy return. The light, rounded body feels comfortable in anyone's hand, even if you don't often hold a yo-yo like this. The V-shape body is well suited for simple tricks, making it an ideal beginner's model. The cork response pad gives a unique feel that has won many fans over the years. Although the Dragonfly is a blast from the past, it's a great general-use model, easy to recommend to anyone.
