Andre Boulay is famous as the director of Team YoYoJam, and youngest person to be named a National Yo-Yo Master. He's got the chops but what he's really known and loved for is the energy he brings to the yo-yo scene, and his instructional videos, helping to spread yo-yo knowledge to as large an audience as possible.

Dark Magic has a wide gap for a greater trick success rate and fits well in the hand. At 70g, it's a heavier yo-yo and spins with fury. The lip on the inside of the metal rim creates a platform, perfect for Boulay's own brand of thumb grind/inner ring grind tricks. Full metal yo-yos may be the current favorite, but metal rims have deep roots in the yo-yo community, and still receive a lot of support.
