All yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's quality inspection. Quality standards vary by manufacturer. Basically, products that can be used normally are within product specifications.

The landmark POM model that leveled up our expectations of plastic yo-yos, back at it again!
Trumpeting Top Yo's entry onto the scene, Cloud became a flagship model that made Top Yo's name well known. Now, 9 years later, and 6 years since the last lot was produced, Cloud is revived due to popular demand.
Although the body is made of light-but-tough POM plastic, the Cloud sported a thick rim for extra power and a just-right feeling at high speeds. Its round body felt soft as a cloud in the hand worked perfectly with the soft nature of POM plastic. It gracefully took your energy and turned it into a soft but speedy little throw.
The name originally was used to convey the feeling of floating in space with a sense of lightness and softness, but ready to change directions with the breeze. The newer version was designed to increase the sense of weight and power, without compromising any of the control. The result feels like it could spin on for days, either zooming through the air or floating on the breeze. Although there are some fundamental differences between the versions, you can definitely feel the evolution in Cloud's design with the latest edition.
All the colorways have the same white body, with the metal hub/nut area being anodized in different colors.
