This is a rare stainless steel full metal yo-yo with a name that makes you grin just by looking at it.
Stainless steel has long been considered unsuitable for stand-alone use in yo-yos because of its high density. It's generally used sparingly for bimetal rims to prevent the yo-yo from becoming too heavy; this would increase the rotating force due to the difference in specific gravity between the stainless steel and the body. The Bowl 303 is actually a yo-yo with an unexpected toughness.
The yo-yo is also characterized by a very soft feel under control due to its shape: despite being made of hard material, the yo-yo has a much gentler feel than its "full-size stainless steel yo-yo" specifications, and this is what makes it so captivating to players.
