BGM is a welcome departure from the usual Turning Point lineup.
The BGM takes a lot of "points" from Turning Point, and turns them on their head! They sought to challenge themselves and they rose to the occasion.
The size and shape are close to the St. Elmo, shaving off a full gram of weight. The axle has dropped from 15mm to 12mm and the BGM boasts a steel rim unlike any Turning Point model that's come before it. These seemingly small differences compound each other and multiple the effects on play. The sleep is ferocious on this thing, and the rounded bump give it a soft touch and minimum sleep loss. As a result, the BGM has a spectacular, smooth playfeel we can't get enough of!
Turning Point has enhanced its core playfeel and built a better mousetrap with the BGM, we expect this yo-yo to be a new--dare we say--turning point for their bimetal lineup.
