Bettynova is the new signature model for Betty Gallegos, the reigning female world champion.

Released at the heyday of string trick's popularity, and a representative model of YoYoFactory's top class metal models, the Supernova was first released in 2010. Along with the Superstar and Genesis, Supernova ushered in an era of YYF's dominance in the contest scene.

At 43mm, it's a little bit narrower than the original, but with 68 grams it feels very responsive to your commands. The result is surprisingly powerful for those who are familiar with the Supernova. Nevertheless, it is easily controlled like the original, and is sure to find a lot of fans amongst the players who once before shot for the stars.

11 years since the first release of the Supernova, The Bettynova proves itself worthy of that incredible lineage, and lives up to the promise of the original model. This is not one to be missed!
