The new signature model for 2019 5A Division World Champion Hideo Ishida.

This is a full titanium model in the vein of Hydrangea's first Laurus model.
It combines the highest performance as a competition model with a comfortable feeling that makes you want to use it casually anytime and anywhere.

The lightweight body comes in at less than 64g and its responsiveness makes you feel as if the yo-yo already knows where you want to move it, and obeys without hesitation.

The Aquilegia is a high-performance titanium model in the lineage of Hydrangea's first model, the Laurus.

The Aquilegia aims for the best balance. Although the Aquilegia is a lightweight yo-yo, weighing into the 63g range, it has plenty of rotational power and is comfortable to play with.

Development started off in September 2020 as a full titanium model of Laurus. The shape and width were redesigned from scratch for the new titanium body, meaning it wasn't just a quick port to a new material, but was developed as a completely new yo-yo. One of the major changes is the spatial arrangement of the catch zone profile, which has been changed from a shape similar to an H profile to one that is wider and straighter. This not only improves the success rate of mounting the yo-yo on the string, but also makes the shape more suitable for long combos with less sleep loss.

The easy-to-grip form minimizes catch errors, and the design concept of reliably transmitting force to the yoyo during throws is the inherited essence of the Laurus. The redesigned Hydrangea is a full-titanium model that follows this concept.
