ll yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's inspection. Different manufacturers have different standards for product quality. Basically, products that can be used normally are within the product specifications.
Examples of possible initial defects : If you notice any of the following symptoms immediately after opening the product, it may be due to an initial defect.
(Bind model only) The bearing barely turns even when flicked with a finger.
Even after calming the vibrations with a rotating middle finger, the yo-yo still vibrates so much that it appears to change shape.
Parts that should have been installed (bearings/pads) are not installed

Bearing noises after playing a few times
A yo-yo that was delivered in a properly assembled state, but after being disassembled, could no longer be assembled
Scratches and paint chips inside the bearing area

Scratches on the yo-yo that are not visible from a distance and are barely noticeable when touched with your fingers

This is the second model in the Hyper Yo-yo Accel series, featuring a wing shape and the Accel System.
About the Accel System
Thanks to the "Accel Disc," a special mechanism where the yo-yo's side spins independently, anyone can easily make the yo-yo sleep by simply grabbing the disc and pulling the string. Unlike traditional yo-yos that require throwing to achieve sleep state, this revolutionary product allows anyone to experience the fun of "spinning" a yo-yo easily. With three bearings, it enables long sleep times, making it possible to attempt tricks like Tower and Rock the Baby. It also offers the shortest path to achieving the viral yo-yo trick, the DNA. Furthermore, more unique tricks utilizing the Accel System are expected to emerge. This product eliminates thoughts like "yo-yos might be difficult" or "can I do it?" allowing anyone to enjoy yo-yoing. The Accel system puts an easy ramp on the "learning curve" of yo-yoing.
The main features of this model are the wing-shape body and increased size over the previous version.
The larger size and increased weight provide more stable spinning and longer sleep times. It can also handle basic string tricks like Elevator.
Rather than being an advancement from the Accel Origin, this model is also recommended as a first yo-yo.
If Return Performance Feels Poor
The Hyper Yo-yo Accel series, including the Accel Wing, is highly dependent on string condition for return performance. The yo-yo returns better with tighter string tension and worse with looser tension. If return performance is poor, as explained in the video, dangle the yo-yo at the end of the string and rotate it clockwise to increase string tension.
For initial defects or if you feel that your Accel series yo-yo is malfunctioning, please contact the "Bandai Customer Service Center" listed on the package.
About Strings
The Hyper Yo-yo Accel String is the official string of the Accel series. If using other strings results in problems with the yo-yo due to string breakage or other issues, support from the Bandai Customer Service Center may not be available. Please choose your string with this understanding.
