初期不良の可能性があるものの例
開封後はじめから以下の症状が出ている場合は初期不良の可能性があります。

• (バインドモデルのみ)ベアリングが指で弾いてもほとんど回らない。
• 回転中指で振動を鎮めた後でも、ヨーヨーの形が変わって見えるほど振動している。
• 装着されているはずのパーツ(ベアリング・パッド)が装着されていない

初期不良にあたらないものの例

• パッケージのダメージ
• カラーのイメージ違い
• 数度でもプレイした後に起こったベアリングの異音・バインドモデルの引き戻し
• 正常に組み立てられていた状態で届いたヨーヨーの、分解後組み立てられなくなったもの
• ベアリングエリアの内側の傷、塗装の欠け
• 遠目にわからない程度のヨーヨーの色ムラ
• 遠目にわからない程度の塗装の欠け
• 遠目にわからない程度、かつ指で触ってもほとんどわからない程度のヨーヨーの傷
• パッケージに入っている状態でストリングが装着済みのモデルの、ベアリング表面の軽微な錆(外部の軽微な錆は性能にほとんど影響がありません)
