ll yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's inspection. Different manufacturers have different standards for product quality. Basically, products that can be used normally are within the product specifications.
Examples of possible initial defects : If you notice any of the following symptoms immediately after opening the product, it may be due to an initial defect.
(Bind model only) The bearing barely turns even when flicked with a finger.
Even after calming the vibrations with a rotating middle finger, the yo-yo still vibrates so much that it appears to change shape.
Parts that should have been installed (bearings/pads) are not installed
Examples of items that are not considered initial defects
Damage to the package
Color image difference
Bearing noises after playing a few times
A yo-yo that was delivered in a properly assembled state, but after being disassembled, could no longer be assembled

This Phalanx has been refined to use a size D bearing.
*The current stock for this item is a special bundle, coming with the Story Book #7*
Story Book 7 synopsis: In order to protect and improve her homeland, the long-haired beauty, Yukiko strives for excellence day by day. She approaches Gouki with her yo-yo extended as one might hold a business card, but he responds with a counter attack from the Southpaw Leo Sniper. Yukiko's weapon of choice is full of surprises; the D-Phalanx with a narrow gap and a long string that Gouki has never seen before. Could this be Yukiko's chance to defeat Gouki, who is battling without his Eclipse Ogre?
This Phalanx is redesigned to be outfitted with a size D bearing. The designer, Susukino lent his hand in the manufacturing process, to ensure that the D-Phalanx would embody the appeal of both the original Phalanx and the smaller bearing.
The D-Phalanx differs greatly from the D-Starter. The monometal design of the D-Phalanx allows it to have a wide 46mm body. This kind of body creates a weight distribution that would be near impossible with a bimetal design; by using the design of the Phalanx, Sturm Panzer has surpassed its own extreme limits once again. The size D bearing gives a ferocious spin which is beautifully complemented by the Phalanx's rounded H-profile. This also gives the D-Phalanx a new feeling that transfers that energy into your hands in a new and exciting way.
Some minor adjustments to the Phalanx design include a slight narrowing of the gap and lowering of the edge, giving the D-Phalanx a smoother throw and making it 2 grams lighter than its big brother. The D-Phalanx is also made from 6061 Aluminum, making it possible to drop the price from the 7075 Phalanx.
Set includes Sturm Panzer Story Book (7th edition, A5 size, 34 pages), two pads, and a stainless steel axle (M3x10mm).
From the maker: The bearing used is a CP-06 D, dry 9-ball bearing. If you wish, you can switch it out for a high performance Dif-e-Yo KonKave bearing. Please note that you accept responsibility for modifying your yo-yo.
The response pads are Blade Attack Pads (Super Grip Economy). We've included two spare pads with the yo-yo. The new Blade Attack pads are more responsive than the previously-used CP-07 Blade Attack pads.
The Axle is the stainless steel M3-10. We've included a spare axle with this yo-yo. Because the M3-10 is narrower than our standard M4 axle, we urge you to handle it carefully when performing modifications and maintenance on your yo-yo, and be careful not to drop or hit the yo-yo too hard, or you might damage or break the axle.
Some marks or scuffs on the yo-yo may be present; they are a result of the manufacturing process and do not affect how the yo-yo plays.
