ll yo-yos have passed the manufacturer's inspection. Different manufacturers have different standards for product quality. Basically, products that can be used normally are within the product specifications.

Examples of possible initial defects : If you notice any of the following symptoms immediately after opening the product, it may be due to an initial defect.

(Bind model only) The bearing barely turns even when flicked with a finger.
Even after calming the vibrations with a rotating middle finger, the yo-yo still vibrates so much that it appears to change shape.
Parts that should have been installed (bearings/pads) are not installed

Color image difference
Bearing noises after playing a few times
A yo-yo that was delivered in a properly assembled state, but after being disassembled, could no longer be assembled
Scratches and paint chips inside the bearing area

Candy Dice - Candy Dice Pro Meteor

This is a resin cast version of the Comet, our first bearing-loaded Candy Dice. Plus, its weight can be customized with different bearings.

Candy Dice have released quite a variety of yo-yo counterweights of different designs. The Meteor is a resin cast edition of their groundbreaking Comet. The shape and assembly are the same as the Comet, with a multi-faceted face that feels like it was carved to fit your hand. It comes with a full size C bearing installed, and you can use a bearing remover to swap them out and adjust the weight balance of your Meteor.

The biggest and only real difference is that this version is cast from resin, giving it a smoother finish than regular Candy Dice. It's also a little translucent throwing a nice light. This doesn't just give you a nice new texture to grip, it is also harder and more durable than plastic, and also has less friction against the string. The overall feeling is an improved smooth mood.

Of course, that hardness also means it cuts through the air better. Hideki Toho, the father of Candy Dice, obsessed over this shape and turned the Comet into his signature weight. Perhaps you'll use it to reach for your own stars?

2001 X Division world champion and REWIND Shibuya store manager, Shingo "Terry" Terada joined forces with 3D printing mastermind Hideki Toho (AKA YOYOMAKER) to focus solely on the other side of the 5A string, focusing exclusively on counterweights.

"We want to foster a style of 5A play that makes it easy for anyone to pick up and try" was the concept at its heard, and so they innovated new ways to easily add a counterweight to a 1A yo-yo. This ease of use set them apart from other options, and they've never stopped innovating, with many collaborations with other makers, including the original Duncan. They keep things fresh with cool new colors in limited runs, making them great collectables.
