The silhouette is based on the former flagship model, the Chief. But it has a particular design that will make you wonder if there's a ring weight hidden in there. Actually, that is by design, with a thick wall that creates a similar effect to a bimetal ring. The result is a remarkably stable spin realized. A design worthy of CLYW's naming and artwork, the finish on this model is impressive.
A one-piece construction gives a more solid build than a side cap metal yo-yo, which plays beautifully and has a great feel. It's easy to picture this throw on the stage or in a casual practice session.
