SUS Bearing Additive

This is a dry coating brought to you by Suspension Yoyo Mechanics.

This is an additive for ball bearings that contains solid lubricating components, which improves the durability and extends the rotation time of ball bearings even when used in dry conditions.

Since it is composed purely of solid lubricating components and volatile solvents, it contains almost no impurities and can be used with other dry coating materials or oils after additive processing.

*The lid has a child lock. Please open the lid by pressing it against the container.

【how to use】

1. Degrease and clean the bearing. Remove any oil, debris, etc. adhering to the inside of the bearing.
*Even if the bearings are new, try cleaning them if necessary.

2. Add 1-2 drops of lube to the bearing (it is a thin liquid so it will easily penetrate into the bearing).
Rotate the bearing with your fingers (repeat for a few minutes) to ensure it is evenly seated inside the bearing.
As the volatile components disappear and only the lubricating components remain, the rotation time will gradually increase.
The treatment is complete if the smoothness and sound of the rotation when you flick it with your finger changes. Depending on the condition of the bearing, there may be little change or it may spin longer when dry, but if it starts to spin better than it did immediately after application, the ingredients will gradually become ingrained in the yo-yo as you use it.

It will be more effective if you remove the bearing shields, but it will still be effective even if you don't remove them.

3 Maintenance Basically, the effect will continue until the bearings start to malfunction due to foreign matter getting into them. In that case, please repeat the above steps from cleaning again.

【Notes】

• If you apply too much, the liquid may splash out when you rotate the device. Please be careful as it is difficult to remove if it gets on clothing or other fabric products.
  
• The volatile components include alcohol, so please store and handle in an environment away from fire. Close the cap immediately after use.
  
• If you apply it and then store it for a long time without using it, the ingredients may harden and the rotation may become sluggish. It may become smoother with use, but if it does not, wash it and apply it again.
  
• White powder may appear, but this is part of the composition. It becomes a coating as the bearing rotates.
  
• Depending on the storage conditions, the liquid inside may evaporate. Avoid high temperatures and store in a cool, dark place.
  
• As no dispersing or stirring agents are used, the ingredients tend to settle, but this is within the specifications. Shake well before use.
