Description
Singwon Yoyo - Patriot Bimetal JP (Prototype)
Built on the demands and recommendations of top Japanese players, this Patriot get a bimetal treatment.
This is a lighter version of the Patriot Bimetal. Made with feedback from Japanese players, the stainless steel axle has been replaced with a titanium one that is 1.2 grams lighter and much stronger. Despite that seemingly small change, for a yo-yo (especially a full metal string trick model) that can be a world of difference. During play, it may even feel like a completely different design. And lightening the axle is the most effective modification, as it makes the change in the most important play. Just picking one up and giving it a throw, you'll be amazed at the power transferred from the stainless steel outer rims, and the amount of stability and control you get from the improved weight distribution. Your practice will surely jump a few beats faster thanks to this improvement!
*This is a prototype model, and may differ slightly from the production model.
Official Description
After releasing the Patriot Bimetal in October 2017, we contacted some of our Japanese yoyo player friends that are experienced in competition to test the yoyo .We did some research & development to make a Japan Version that caters to the preference of Japanese yoyo player.
‘Patriot Bimetal JP’ is a light-weighted version of the original Patriot Bimetal. Original version is 65.9grams, Japan version is 1.2gram lighter (64.7grams).
Patriot Bimetal JP has a thinner body, short 8mm Titanium axle and no protruding axis. This allow the yoyo to be light-weighted, accelerate faster and have more versatility for 1a playing style.
