Turning Point - Leviathan 8
Everything other than the rim is the same, but everything has changed.
This is the 8th release of Turning Point's flagship Leviathan series. It heavily borrows from the design of the bimetal Leviathan 7, leaving many of the design elements as they were. The only major change to the design is a modification to the stainless steel rim, which has been widened to drive as much of the weight out to the wings. With very little overlap between the body and rim, the result is undeniable power in your throw hand.
Although the modern trends have moved more towards full sized yo-yos, the Leviathan staunchly stays in the middle size class, making the most of Turning Point's expertise with this form factor, upon which they've built their success.
